Fast Aid Urgent Care - New Braunfels TX

I took my daughter for assessment of a possible fractured ankle. The staff was efficient and got her seen quickly. The provider Joshua K, NP was so kind and made my daughter feel comfortable and put her at ease. She had to be placed in a boot and the medical aid Ariel came in to help place the boot and find the right size. She was patient, kind and very caring! My daughter also had to be given crutches and the NP was so nice showing her how to use them and also making us laugh which is awesome in a stressful time. My husband and I have visited this urgent care several times for virus/covid symptoms and now for a possible fracture. They have all you would need to take fantastic care of you! We are a family of nurses and it’s encouraging to see we still have amazing nurses out there who love

By far the best urgent care experience I have had. The staff was efficient and attentive, from reception to the doctor to the nursing staff. I appreciated that the doctor gave me options and talked through recommendations from a “this is what I would do if it were me” perspective. Glad to know there is a great urgent care option if I need them again in the future!

My daughter was miserable and we were vacationing nearby. We came in and had a wonderful experience. All staff was very friendly and personable. The wait was less than 4 minutes and the doctor listened and was so caring! My son wanted her to listen to his heartbeat too (little brother) and she happily did! We were in and out in about 10 minutes and were very impressed with the level of care received.

Always great service ... Best go to place when you need quick help.... Update day after : had to call back for a substitute medication day after . No problem at all l had a call from pharmacy in about 30 minutes from when I hung with Fast Aid. Disregard any negative reviews about this place they are top notch. Glad to have a place to for fast medical help . Professional and courteous! Thanks

Absolutely great staff, very efficient, friendly, knew I was in good hands by just walking in, excellent service, followed up by fast response by the nurse and Dr Allen with a phone call THAT night with my diagnosis. Total confidence in the service I received, I will be returning for my follow up. Was turned away for service from 3 different care facilities even when offering to pay upfront. First Aid cares and serves!!!! Can't thank you enough!!💞🇺🇸🙏🏻🌷
