Fast Aid Urgent Care - Belle Chasse LA

My family and I are so grateful that this urgent care opened their business in Belle Chasse! We have had numerous amazing experiences with the caring staff that is so quick and efficient! Best urgent care we have ever been to! Most recent visit required an xray and urine testing in addition to a thorough visit with the doctor and I was still done within an hour! AMAZING!

We ended up visiting three days in a row (kids 🤦‍♀️), and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care - and that means a lot, since my kids are immunocompromised. There was zero wait time, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. Each of the three providers we saw was thorough, informative, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to PA, Oanh Nguyen, who went above and beyond to make sure my nonverbal daughter felt comfortable and accommodated during her exam. We won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you all for your compassion and professionalism!

We were seen within minutes and the paperwork process was very easy with quick validation of insurance information. Triage process only took a few minutes and we saw physician within 30 minutes of arrival. Provider was very understanding and clearly explained the issue we were having, as well as talking through the medication instructions. Couldn’t be happier about the professionalism and the level of care provided. Thank you !

I sprained my ankle and I’m from out of town. I was seen very quickly and professionally and I was out within an hour. I’m also a military vet and my insurance took care of everything. I got X-rays and crutches. The only thing I didn’t get was a lollipop. The young lady at the front desk was also very nice (from Jacksonville).

This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how everyone genuinely cared about my health and wellbeing. I'll definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon 😉
