I cannot say enough good things about this office and the doctors. Dr Buchanan is amazing and very kind, he never makes me comfortable enough to ask any questions as well as providing me time during the appointments to ask those questions. I also appreciate that the Brigham city office is open on Saturdays, that has been a huge relief more than once. Thanks for always being amazing to work with and for looking out for my little ones. I had recommended you to a number of people and will continue to do so!

We LOVE Farr West Pediatrics! We saw Dr. Buchanan today and he was absolutely perfect with my 4 year old (and his very curious little brother). We’re newer to the area and have been looking for a good pediatrician for a hot minute. Dr. Buchanan doesn’t even compare to the rest of the ones we’ve seen - he’s phenomenal. We did see Dr. Lloyd a few months ago for my other son, and while he was nice, he wasn’t what I was looking for in a pediatrician. He had some pretty intense views that he stated as if they were medical fact, (which they aren’t), and that just didn’t sit right with me. He also tried to give me 10 minutes’ worth of advice on my own medical risks, which I did not need or ask for. Dr. Buchanan, on the other hand, stayed completely focused on my child and engaged with him meaning

I really wanted to love this office in Brigham city. But always waiting over 40 minutes to an hour before even being taken back to a room is just bad practice. If you know you constantly run behind on scheduling, change the appointment blocks. The office staff is also less than wonderful.

I am really disappointed. I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Buchanan because she loves him and my family just moved into town and I have yet been able to. I’ve called multiple times for the last couples weeks and left a couple messages for someone to call me back to schedule without a single call back or being able to get a hold of the front desk to schedule. I’m a healthcare administrator and have never been unable to get a hold of a medical office before. Very disappoint that I cannot get my son in and that they are not calling potential patients back.

If you are looking for an amazing doctor and staff for your family Dr Buchanan is it!! He really takes his time with your kids and makes you feel heard and seen. He is smart and so informative with everything. I always leave feeling confident with my kids. Seriously thank you so much!!!
