Farrey Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry-Riverdale

I’m usually on edge at my son’s dentist appointments. My son got let go from another dentist office due to him not cooperating while his cleaning. My son says it’s because they were hurting him. Moving forward, I found this dentist office and I will say I am more than happy with! This is our third appointment with them. They are so kind and patient. My son gave them no problems and he says “they did not hurt me”! IKEA is amazing! She took care of my son and she had my son smiling while leaving! The staff is so sweet also.

I honestly wouldn’t trust them with my teeth since they can’t seem to even get scheduling correct. I called at 8:30 and was scheduled for a 2:00pm appointment for same day with Dr. Ashton, which I thought was amazing since I’m in pain. I was told I would receive a text message with a link to some forms that HAVE to be completed before my visit. It’s 10:45 and still no link so I said let me call to advise them I never received a link. I spent the good first minute of the call clarifying what my name is(which is NOT a difficult name at all) so I had to spell it out and literally make aeiou sounds for her to catch it, only for her to say I don’t even see you “in here”! The LACK of professionalism was a MAJOR turn-off! If you can’t get something as simple as a scheduled appointment correct. Wh

My visit was amazing , I'm currently pregnant and they we're very helpful and patient with me. They we're able to tend to all my needs today and I'm very thankful to have come across them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The level of customer service provided by Ms. Shatyra at the front desk is top tier. The two times that I've been there, her customer service remained professional, empathetic and genuine. She needs to teach a class!

This has been my dentist office for a year now, and I love how they break everything down to you and ensure that you will have a easy and safe visit, They didn’t answer all the questions that I have. I love going here.
