Great pharmacy friendly and quick and e1 is always helpful and prices are good and fair

We have been coming to this pharmacy for decades. They are always very attentive and friendly. This neighborhood pharmacy has it all. We come here for all the vaccinations we need. Refills are just a call away and they deliver. They taken the time to answer all our questions and work hard to keep their clients. They also stock vitamins, greeting cards and health and beauty aids.

Among many things we miss about Bay Ridge is the outstanding service at Farmacon. After repeatedly facing issues at the local Duane Reade—where we experienced unprofessionalism and frequent prescription errors that jeopardized my husband’s health—we were fortunate to have our doctor recommend Farmacon. Since switching, we’ve enjoyed prompt and reliable service. On the rare occasion they couldn’t provide medication immediately, the staff was proactive in communicating delays, offering alternatives, and coordinating with our insurance. This place is awesome. They are exactly why you want to go to a locally owned pharmacy rather than a big chain. You can't put a price on the personal care you receive. They go out of their way to help. There are dozens of pharmacies closer to where I live, but I will stick with Farmacon as long as I live in Brooklyn.
