Farmacia Sunray

I was just on hold for 30minutes have been trying to get my dads medicine filled for a month now they told me I needed to call doctor I did doctors office said they need to send over request for refills. My mom was here she wanted to be moved to a different pharmacy she hates this one. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with I wish Milly’s never closed down.

Bad service rude service so unprofessional bad attitude….. Every time i call i get put on hold last night i called at 5 pm had me wait for 25 whole minutes then i called back answered and hold again so i called right back it was 5:28 and then they answered said they close at 5:30 but yall had me whole 20 minutes on wait…. They never have meds or ether its on process…. But always making it difficult not even 1 star the worst team ever

Very bad service people order their medication and don’t get it pretty soon Customer service not good

Customer service is horrible!!! They’re constantly putting people on hold when there’s no reason to do so! I literally caught them doing I stood out the door and watch them put me on hold and talk to eachother laughing doing absolutely nothing! Horrible service!!

I have been having this pharmacy for a few years now and it’s the Worse pharmacy literally been on hold for 30 minutes every time I call my prenatals for sum reason never have refills and I’m always missing meds the people on the encounter are rude I said I needed my meds for delivery and I end up missing three days of meds due to because they forgot to put in for delivery Smh …
