As a healthcare administration professional myself I understand the happenings in a medical office. However what's upsetting with this practice is the lack of quality and effective communication. I completed an online inquiry for a new patient on February 3, 2026. I received a follow up email 2-3 days later stating my request was received and someone would reach out. Days go by with no call so I called and no one answered the phone. My husband called a few days later and got someone on the phone who said they would need to check if the practice was accepting new patients (again, I know this is a thing so we are patiently waiting).Never received a call back. I have been very reluctant to do this review because I love the doctor but after my sister’s friend just passed from similar symptoms that my son had I’d be remiss not to write this. Back in November I took my son in due to fever, chills, sore throat, coughing, and vomiting. He saw Carol Pardue. They took a strep test which came back negative but. she did not take a flu or covid test because she said she believed it was a “stomach virus” and even if it was flu or covid they had no treatment for it and it’ll just have to run its course but to come back next week if it hadn’t cleared. We called right before our newborn arrived and they assured us that there would be room for our child, so we should schedule her first visit after she was born. We called back right after she was born and they claim they have now run out of space and are not accepting new patients, even though they assured us before that accepting new patients would not be an issue.

Came for my new born 2 week appointment and was told to reschedule because the provider ASHLEY BRYANT was “backed up”with patients and we were late. MIND YOU the parking lot was EMPTY and so was the WAITING-ROOM! You could hear the staff in the back office behind the main counter talking, possibly having lunch (I doubt it at 2:30pm) but obviously NOT BUSY. Other than the staff in the back, the whole office was quiet and empty. The receptionist Benedict Stewart lied straight to my face saying BYRANT was with a patient when I could clearly hear her in the back office telling him to reschedule us. I don’t know WHAT they prioritize at this office, but it isn’t their patience. How HARD is it to take some measurements and weigh a Baby ? Y’all really pissed me off today. Why enter into a field
