Family Vision Center

We had our first appointments at Family Vision Center and were quite impressed. Dr. Dunks was wonderful and listened to my concerns. Eye health is so important and all my needs are met here. The office is spotless and there is free parking. The eyeglass selection is outstanding and there are stylish options available. I appreciate the detailed receipt I received after my appointment.

Terrific staff! From the check-in desk to the cashier everyone was so friendly and helpful! I needed to be seen quickly and they were very accommodating. The doctors and their assistants were very thorough and explained each procedure and addressed every concern. I HIGHLY recommend them! And, they have an optical shop on the premesis. And, a huge perk for downtown Eugene: they have their own parking lot adjacent to the building.

This place was great! We were able to book a same-day appointment because they had a cancelation, and the staff were amazing. Dr. Cates was hilarious, he made my daughter laugh from the minute he walked through the door

The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind. I actually have not been here for an appointment, however this place is WONDERFUL because they allow me to drop off my contract blister packs!!!!! Oh, it means SO MUCH to me that they value the earth and participate in recycling!!!!! Come here!!! (In fact, I am considering changing just because of this!!)
