Dr. Estrada is a phenomenal dentist! He had excellent bedside manners and explains things very clearly. He takes his time with his patients and is happy to answer any questions. He also has a gentle touch. The dental assitants and front desk staff are also very friendly and professional.

Long waiting room time. This was my first time new customer visit and I will not be back. The hygienist took X-rays and did an evaluation. She said that she thought I had a small amount of plaque building up just below the gum line that would require a deeper cleaning than normal. The dentist came in after a long wait in the chair to confirm the cleaning recommendation. I asked him what the cost difference would be between standard vs deep cleaning. He said that they would explain the cost when I checked out and then left the room. The hygienist came back in to get started and I asked her the cost difference. She said that would all be explained when I checked out. I asked her to go find out about the cost BEFORE I had the cleaning. She disappeared and the office manager came in

Very.professional and accommodating! I would recommend Family Smiles to my friends. The office is beautifully designed and very clean. My husband has been going here for quite a while and has had nothing but good things to say about it. The dentist was very pleasant and easy to work with! I will continue using Family Smiles as my Dentist!
