Doctor was very thorough for my initial visit. During my follow up he completely missed the point of why I was there, did not request the correct records, and gave me generic advice I could have looked up myself. I did not feel supported.

Been going there for years. Love the staff and doctors. Always friendly with smiles.

I've been taking my children here for 9+ years. I really miss Dr. Ferrér. 😢 She was an amazing person ❤ I would wait for hours to see her, but I never cared. She was always overbooked, but she took the time to hear your concerns as well as Dr. Karen. These two were the best 😍 they worked together and shared their load, and I love them both. Will continue to take my children there to see Dr. Karen and Lisa. Lisa is not that bad. She's just getting used to her new patients. The front desk is new staff as well but we will see how it goes. ((UPDATE) )... SO we are currently looking for a new health care provider, not that Lisa isn't meeting our needs, but you can never get through to the front desk to reschedule or schedule an appointment. Also, the front desk doesn't seem to like their job,

They’ve never been able to contact me since my referral was sent to them 4 months ago. Tried to call multiple times and get stonewalled with excuses and to call back later.

The front receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Alondra was nice and took her time to explain the process. Lisa NP was very knowledgeable and caring; and took her time to address our concerns. We are definitely staying with this healthcare team.
