I recommend this place. The doctor is great, and the staff in the back are wonderful and very patient when working with teens. However, the receptionist is very unpleasant. She’s the only negative aspect of this office.

Recommend this orthodontist highly !! The staff is great and of course the dentist himself. Definitely not judging the check in receptionist we all have our days but greeting and being welcoming in a work place like this is very important no matter the circumstances, especially if the person on the other end is showing no reason to be made feel unwelcome or being rude at all. All in all, very good place !!

I highly recommend this orthodontics! Doctor was great! Staff was amazing! They all made the process very easy for me by working with me and explaining too me why my teeth were being adjusted each time I had a visit with them. This orthodontist just removed my braces and I really love how my teeth came out! When ever I need my teeth worked on I will definitely come here!

Terrible customer service with the lady upfront. Unsure of her name but she has tattooed eyebrows. Giving the incorrect information and wasting time, she needs to learn how to provide correct information. One day she says it’s a certain amount to pay the next appointment she states a different amount. Then refuses the appointment due to taking too long when we arrived on time for the appointment. How are you going to change it everytime? Do your due diligence and provide correct information so everything runs as it should.

Bad customer service they blame you for the mistakes they make. They made my child bleed because they were rough on her and then say it’s her fault that happened, I try to file a complaint and they don’t care also I asked to speak to the dentist and complain but you have to get through the manager Maria first only to tell you he’s to busy to get back to you . The dentist may be a good Dr but unfortunately the front desk / management is giving his business a bad report because in reality they are the face of the company.
