The team and staff are always amazing when booking an appointment, empathetic, and kind when answering your questions especially when you're not sure, don't understand, and/or have some anxiety about it. They make you feel welcomed and care about their patients. Did a minimally-invasive bunionectomy surgery with Dr. Caroline Smith and Dr. Ayan Goswami and they did amazing work on it. Healed pretty quickly and was able to contact and was seen whenever I scheduled an appointment. If needed, will go back to do the other foot.

In September of 2025 the surgeon from this agency performed surgery on me. Upon my discharge from the hospital he wanted to see me in his office so I contacted the office to make an appointment to see him for the follow up only to be told y the office staff that they do not accept my insurance and would have to pay the entire bill myself. I contacted my PCP and discussed the matter with him and he called the surgeon and from what I was to understand he went up one side of him and down the other for not seeing me for the follow up. Needless to say I found another surgeon that would accept me for the follow up. As fast as I am concerned although I was very happy with both surgeons, their business practice leaves must to be desired.

I’ve been bringing my daughter here for over a year, and I’ve seen progress and improvement after every single one of their recommendations. They are THE BEST! Dr. Neal Mortensen is so professional and caring; it is always a pleasure to go there. The entire team, from the moment you arrive until you leave, is incredibly attentive and professional. And, of course, we can’t forget the long-awaited sugar-free lollipop and the sticker they always kindly give to my daughter. I highly recommend them.

Office staff is professional, communication is great and they all care about you as a patient! Dr Caroline Smith is everything you need and want in her style of care. She is excellent, amazing, caring and explains and answers all your questions so you understand them. Never feel rushed. We visited Family Podiatry of Central Florida over the last couple of weeks, and our experience was truly exemplary. I went in for an ingrown toenail, and Dr. Patel took exceptional care of me. Not only did she perform the necessary procedure with great skill and care, but she also proactively identified another ingrown toenail that I wasn’t fully aware of and treated that as well. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for the patient were outstanding. The entire staff was courteous, efficient, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
