Waited two weeks for an appointment. I was consider a new patient because I hadn't been to the doctor in 3 years. I was six minutes late to my appointment after filling paper work for ten minutes. I was told I was late and wouldn't be able to see a doctor today. Between driving and paper work, I wasted an hour of my time.

I've gone here for 5 years. Amy has helped me through a lot of things from normal checkups to shingles to depression. She gives me however much time and attention I need, answers my questions and the office has given me good referrals when I need a specialist.

Friendly staff. The physicians have a great bedside manner which is great. It is conveniently located at the intersection of Pump Rd and Ridgefield Parkway. They have various locations throughout Richmond. There's also an urgent care office for after hours located at Glenside Drive and Forest Avenue.

Andrew is great- Amy takes about 5 minutes with you and calls it a day and generalizes everything. Andrew is always booked up months in advance

This was where I used to go for my doctor, but it has gone downhill. Just try to schedule an appointment with the rude receptionist and you’ll see what I mean.
