Family Pharmacy Services

My nephew takes two medications, to not have to rely on Adderall. At Wally World, we never had an issue and the price was always under $80 each month. The pharmacists were kind, treated their technicians as humans and had no issues answering any and all questions by them. We had transferred over to Family Pharmacy, as it's closer to my home. The first few months, we'd have to wait an extra few days for his prescriptions AND there was a nasty price jump. For convenience and wanting to support a small business, I continued business in good faith with Family Pharmacy. Unfortunately they've continued to let us down. The final strike was them giving us a double dose prescription of Colonidine. The second prescription wasn't even the required medication! I've never seen such unprofessional beha

Although the front staff are very nice and helpful the pharmacy has not been open on time several times. Pharmacists comes from far away and are not on time. Having talked to the person in charge, maybe owner many things are still not good. I have tried to work with them but after this long things should run better

This place used to be awesome! Since it went under new ownership it has completely went down hill. I saw one of the pharmacists yelling at the staff, completely unprofessional! They have continually screwed up my prescriptions. I love the old staff that is still there but with this new ownership I am done with them. Treat your people right and your customers, it’s not that hard.

Things have gotten a lot better since the new owners took over. Everything is organized now and not chaos. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The old lady made it so hard for me to find out the price of ONE product. I had to call four times and she didn't wanna tell me. She made me ask 10 different ways to get a straight answer. What a joke of a business. Cvs for the win.
