Highly Recommended I just started treatment at this orthodontist office and honestly… I’m impressed. Dr. Bussey has been informative and patient from the very first consultation. He broke down exactly what I needed, the steps we’ll take to get my smile where it needs to be, and even took into consideration that I’m driving over an hour and twenty minutes for each visit. That meant a lot. Lonnie, who handles the intake for new patients, deserves his flowers too. He was extremely welcoming and walked me through my insurance and payment options in a way that actually made sense — no confusion, no stress. I was told I can no longer come to the Peach Tree location because I’m a patient at the Fayetteville office. This makes no sense because I am a patient of Dr. Bussey, not a certain office. I had to change my appointments from Thursdays to Fridays because of my work schedule and I feel like as a company, you guys should accommodate to your patients and not say I cannot come to the office. My treatment is soon coming to an end so I’m not understanding how me switching offices to see my same doctor for the last few months of my treatment is an issue.

I have been to a lot of orthodontic offices for myself and my son. Family orthodontics in Peachtree city is by far the best. They are very attentive and very informing and personable. From the consultation alone I knew they were the office for us. We have now been with them for almost a year and I wouldn't change anything about it.

My daughter had phase 1 of her brave journey at this office. What a great experience. The staff are top tier, knowledgeable and willing to ease my concerns :-) I highly recommend!

Our appointment was at 9 but ended up waiting an hour to finally get checked, but Qiana made sure we were a priority as I was about to be late for work. She got us the attention we needed and we finally got out thanks to her.
