Every time I come here with my kids, I experience the BEST customer service. Everyone is professional and kind. Highly recommend. I would like to give a special shout out to Jackeline Rodney for her excellent customer service!

I had braces for six years, but as I got closer to my end date, it felt like the office kept rushing me out. When I went in to replace my retainers, I found out they had already thrown away the mold of my teeth and didn’t keep any backups or records. The last time I went in, the assistant rushed through the process of making my mold and even cut my retainers so quickly that now they cut my tongue when I speak. On top of that, she kept scolding me for losing my retainers which had actually been accidentally thrown away by a family member. Overall, I feel like they didn’t fully correct everything with my teeth, yet they always charged extremely high prices.

Assistants that work there don’t know what they are doing. They say one thing and than switch up the next appointment and say another thing. Not sure what degree they got but they are not professional at all. Disappointed and do not recommend this office! They will add more months and will make another payment plan and make you sign. Money Hungry!

Currently receiving service at this practice as we speak , the office is nice but currently having problems with the representative that’s answers the phone for scheduling and rescheduling I’m telling them I can’t make my appointment , they trying to reschedule me a month out with a wire sticking in my jaw , I always have difficulties with the phone representative which gives me a sour taste about the practice in general. My bracket on the same two teeth loosens and fall off a week after being replaced two times this then happen.
