The residency clinic is a A+ clinic. Dr. Graves and Dr. Mulukutla are great. Not only are the doctors throu but the are very attentive to your medical needs taking all of your history into consideration. The girls in the office are always helpful and can answer any questions I seem to have. I would definitely recommend the residency clinic to anyone looking for a Doctor.

My experience yesterday was excellent!! my impression of the people I that cared for me was they were professionals. positive attitudes and they listened! Each of them gained my trust quickly in our meetings Focus was on me the patient. I have a chronic sinus infection. The doctor Followed up with a phone call to the Surgeon. The woman who reviewed my blood pressure records was a good coach and made some good suggestions. She has excellent communication skillsDoctor Roqueis my is my normal Doctor. He is excellent and was on vacation. All above hit a home run for me. Take care 1

Horrible experience! I just moved here from Illinois and have been on Xanax 7 years because it’s the only thing that works for my anxiety. I have a documented TBI and am legally disabled with PTSD and Social Anxiety. They decided I was a homeless drug addict and that tapering me off this crucial medication was the best choice before even meeting me instead of understanding my specific situation. I was told the woman doctor in the back that gave me the issues with my Xanax had a bias towards such things while scheduling the appointment.

I'd like to start by saying I love Dr. Hannon. She is without a doubt the best Dr. I've ever had. My health is already improving after only being in her care for a little over a week. That being said, I had my first office visit yesterday, and my first experience with the front office staff. I always give those in any form of customer service the benefit of the doubt. I know what it's like to deal with unruly people. Every single person I dealt with in the front office was, by far, rude, condescending, didn't care at all about the patient or their issues that needed to be resolved. I saw 3people come in and they were all treated very poorly. They all had some issue with their medication and the staff treated each of them like it was their fault and offered no way for the patient to resolve

My new Dr. was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The young lady who took me back and did the paper work before seeing the doctor was very sweet. She answered all my questions. I would recommend Dr. Lew to my friends.
