Visiting Dr Ploss is an outstanding experience! Staff is helpful and cordial. His tech, Katy, super efficient and friendly! Dr Ploss carefully reviews the EKG, the blood work and the rest of the records. Listens TO YOU, and explains any questions. On a scale of one to ten after four years with him- I'd give him and his staff a twelve.

I’m only giving a 2 star because the nurse was great! The dr was vary unprofessional laughing at my medical chart debating my medication that my primary dr prescribed, telling me at my age I can’t lose weight! All while he was out of shape smh made it seem like because I wasn’t his typical patients age that I didn’t belong there , made assumptions about what was wrong with my heart instead of diagnosing me , I’m currently trying to change to a different Dr. that actually would care , he didn’t even properly greet me or say good by after the visit. Dr. Ploss your professionalism is ridiculous! If you don’t care for your patients get a new career! You can’t pick and choose who to like everyone should be treated fairly!

I was extremely pleased with my visit. Dr. Ploss cleared up a lot of questions I had. Is it possible to get a print out of the visit mailed to me. We have My Chart in my hometown but I have no access to information at your office.

Great staff. Good experience. Only problem is wait time for an appointment. And they had to reschedule me twice. Because of doctors scheduling issues.

Dr Ploss is the best and takes the time for explanations and to answer your questions. The office is efficient and calm.
