And so with a 77th trip around the sun I finally agreed to hearing aids. The service at Family Hearing was great. Friendly, timely and helpful. Even got the hearing aids programmed to my phone so I can do some adjustments myself. Looking forward to hearing much better.

Recently I found that I needed new hearing aids. Reluctantly I made an appointment at Family Hearing Care to assess my options. I was thrilled to meet Joe D a hearing instrument specialist who patiently and professionally guided me in selecting the best aids for my serious hearing loss. Through the initial consult through the follow up tweeking he has been amazing! He's a consummate professional who is responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him without reservation!

Joe before and Danielle today are both amazing and do everything possible to understand and deal with any issue you may have. From professional testing and product recommendation to the exceptional service today with respect to a warranty issue, they excel. When Danielle realized that sending my hearing aid in for warranty repair would likely mean I would not have hearing assistance for upcoming meetings she immediately brought in a pair of demos and I am good until my own returns.
