I had an appointment today at 9:30, and have been calling since they’ve been “open”. Online it says they’re open at “8:30”. The phone line doesn’t work and they’re not helpful in any way shape or form due to their lack of communication & horrible telephone line service. Why doesn’t no one answer the phone???? What’s the point of having a phone line that they DONT USE???! They use the same excuse that they’re short staff, but EVERYBODY IS ALL BUNCHED UP BEHIND THE DESK EATING AND LAUGHING????!!!! I called “5 TIMES” to when I needed to GO into the building to speak to them. HOW ABSURD! Also I get to the office and THE PHONE WAS NOT EVEN RINGING!!!!! That’s so infuriating and unprofessional and unethical work environment practiced. No matter how times you call, they won’t pick up! There needs

What happened to the 11th str. Dental family practice? I used the location for so many years. Excellent staff and the care you were receiving was outstanding. Suddenly is like I am talking to rude , prejudiced, uninformed, unprofessional and above all racist people. get of your high horse whoever is answering those phones and provide the service you are being paid for. Customer service. So sad.

My family and I have been going there for over 15 yrs. The staff is friendly , primary care and dental take good care of you . They’ve had healthy food cooking classes over the yrs and workshop on monitoring your blood pressure and they did eye exams and free glassed last year . Got my covid vaccinations there as well . As a whole they offer lots of services. When I call I usually get thru and if I have a problem I may go in person to speak to someone since they’re opened late some days. I’ve always had any concerns resolved. No place is perfect but I believe they do a great job servicing our community .

I have been going to Steven and Shandra sheller's 11 street family health center for over 2 years now. They have great staff. People are very kind. They have great doctors. I go there for therapy once a month. And whenever I need a medical Doctor. My Doctor is right there too. The last time I was there, I've seen the dentist and everything went very good. Jay higgins

Has been going to this place since it was first opened and have witnessed allot of changes. I used to love coming here and recommending others for good healthcare. I’ve since moved on to another PC. The nursing staff here allot of times are rude and unprofessional. From the time my maker is called, I’m made to feel like nothing I say matters. And usually after spending 30-45 minutes in the exam room waiting to be seen. I’m rushed out like it’s my fault they overbooked. The reception desk isn’t any better. It was sad to see the place go from excellent care to barely no care. I’m so glad the other departments are much better then the family med clinic
