The pharmacist/owner Ram is amazing. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met. His memory is crazy. Somehow the second time I walked in he greeted me by my first name without skipping a beat. I had some emergency surgeries and he actually texted me to see how I was doing. Incredible.

I have not experienced this level of service in years, especially not from a Pharmacy. First, I received a phone call on Wednesday regarding one of my prescriptions they did not currently carry. Today, when I picked up my other prescription, I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. There were no long lines of 8 to 10 people anxiously waiting for the cashier. My questions were answered, and I truly felt that the team cared about my inquiries. Pricing was in line with the chains. The Pharmacist even offered to check their options to begin ordering the above-referenced prescription that they did not carry after he confirmed it was a long-term maintenance medication for me. Once you go to the Family Health Mart you will never set foot in CVS or Walgreens. Ram gives spectacular service. Most times I am in and out in 5 minutes unless I want to talk about things. TRY them and you will love the personalized service.

As a physician it is wonderful to find a local pharmacy with an intelligent, caring pharmacist. Ram Samuel knows most of his customers by name, fills their prescriptions quickly and explains what the rx is for, what the side effects are and makes himself available for any future questions. I have found the prices for prescriptions are similar and sometimes better than the large local pharmacies. Keep up the good work and thank you for being available to the East Naples community.

Excellent pharmacy with the same co-pays as impersonal big box/chain stores - and free delivery! The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and makes an effort to know each customer. Dr. Samuel always explains the medications and has contacted my Dr. to check for drug interaction that she may have missed. I feel confident with Dr. Rahm Samuel and Family Pharmacy as an important part of my health team.
