I have been going to this office for over 25 years and will not go back cause the girls at the desks are very nasty people! They try to double charge you for a visit and blame it on your insurance. They don’t let you talk and then scream at you! Then when you scream back they ban from the office and threaten to call the police. It is so laughable cause you’re not the only dentist on Staten Island. What a shame cause the dentist himself is good! You need to get rid of those girls cause you’re losing a lot of business! Don’t go there!!!

The doctors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. The dental assistants are so kind and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the kindest front desk ladies. Sabrina and Rose are very helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr Andrew is also very kind he takes the time to explain everything and makes sure your comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.

I have been going to Family Health Dental for 32 years and the receptionists out front are absolute garbage and the office Manager “Rosalia” who is equally as rude. The office kept on canceling my cleaning appointments and when I told her that I wanted to talk to the dentist she started yelling at me and hung up. Ten minutes later the office Manager called me and was yelling at me saying that i was yelling at the receptionist which is a lie and she decided to drop me because I was the one that was rude. The dentists as well as the dental hygienists are good which is a shame. This office and it’s ‘sister office’, 5th Ave Dental (5th Ave in Bklyn) are by far the worst most unprofessional office. They are nasty and a scam to insurance. I paid out of my pocket a 3,300.00 laser scaling and at Michelle’s (bookkeeper/billing) suggestion, I called Aetna and asked them if they covered a portion because it was a scaling which should be covered, and Aetna called the office to ask why they charged me for laser instead of a regular scaling and ‘Michelle’ decided I could no come to their office. The problem is that they are listed in my insurance as my primary and I cannot change it mid-year.
