If want to feel like a number or cattle this is the place! We were in and out so fast I bet you could see our heads spin! No one listened to my son who tried to explain what his symptoms were. Did strep test negative out the door we went! He tried several times to share his symptoms and I tried. We were cut off every time and told what to do. Have no idea what is wrong with him and no relief measures. Will never visit this clinic again. Should have read the reviews seem like lots of similar interactions.

I wish to report a concerning pattern of behavior by Secretary Shelly and her companions, who regularly disclose sensitive patient information, including names and insurance details, without just asking if you have the same insurance. Unfortunately, I have firsthand knowledge of such breaches, including the disclosure of Jimmy's Medicaid status and my children's insurance information. If such incidents recur, again I will not hesitate to contact HIPAA authorities.

Met with Dr Smith. Did not want to listen to what I had to say as I shared my symptoms. His nurse was equally as rude but I didn’t get her name. I ended up going to another clinic the following day and was treated with the respect and dignity every patient should receive. I won’t go back to this office even if someone paid me.

Thank you to Michael Jennings and his nurses for giving my son excellent care for 38 yrs. Dr. Jennings is a Hero in our family and helped our son fight a courageous battle with Duchenne MD.

I will never forget the comfort, dedication, and humanity she showed. Nurses like her are the heartbeat of healing, and Ann deserves not just a pat on the back, but a standing ovation.
