Family Foot Center staff and Dr. Stanley J. Zawada

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this podiatrist several years ago for a legitimate medical concern with my foot, and instead of focusing on my health, he spent the majority of the visit giving me unsolicited and completely inappropriate “life advice.” I am a nursing major, and rather than discussing my diagnosis or treatment, he decided to lecture me about my personal jewelry — specifically a chain with a cross on it that I was wearing during my appointment. He told me that “wouldn’t slide” when I become a nurse, which is not only untrue but entirely irrelevant to why I was there. What makes this worse is that a physician should never single out or comment on a patient’s religious symbol. That crosses a clear professional boundary and is unacceptable in any healthcare setti

Doctor Stanley Zawada is excellent and very professional and explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me get better. Lori at the front desk is awesome and nice to talk to.

I recently visited FootDoctor Dr.Zawada for treatment of knee pain that I later discovered was due to flat feet. The quality of service was excellent throughout my experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain the connection between my flat feet and knee pain. What I particularly appreciated was how easy and flexible the appointment process was. It was simple to book a time that fit my schedule, and they were accommodating to any changes I needed to make. After addressing the flat feet issue, my knee pain was completely gone. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Zawada to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Worst experience ever! Went in to see Dr. in tremendous pain in my foot, he did not even look at my foot and told me an X-ray would be useless. Worst personality I’ve ever met in a Dr. so unprofessional and nasty. Would never even refer an enemy here! Bottom line my foot was fractured and it would have shown in an x-ray and no need for high cost of an MRI. If he he only took me seriously at first visit and did his job . There was no need t for MRI

The receptionist lady was super rude. She had asked what health insurance I had. When she found out that the office didn’t take the health insurance I have, she kept yelling NO, NO, NO and then hung up. PT 2 of my review. This is in response to the owner’s reply to my review. I was never a patient and never visited your office, which is entirely due to how your receptionist handled the phone call. Being told “NO, NO, NO” over the phone was not exactly welcoming. A simple “No, we do not accept that insurance” would have been sufficient. Please don’t redirect your frustration toward me. Reviews usually reflect patterns, which may explain why your Google rating currently sits at 3.8 stars rather than higher.
