Family First Urgent Care

My absolute go tooo for urgent care. Neff is always amazing and really actually tries to help! They have you in and out pretty quickly. I shouldn't use them like a Dr but my Dr is far away so anytime I need to be seen they truly try! Thank you!! I definitely don't recommend OU across the highway! They just push to get you out without really looking into much unless you make them 😐

The staff was helpful and nice. The office was very clean and nice looking. I didn't have to wait too long to go back or for the doctor to see me once I was in a room. My Rx was sent over to my pharmacy in a timely manner as well. Very important. I'll definitely go back. Thank you Family First for taking care of me. 👍🏼

I've had several bad experiences here, but today is the final straw for me. Today I walked in with my partner for an urgent care visit. And we didnt even get that. It took 30mins for the receptionist with snooty attitude to get us checked in (there were only 3 other people even there), so why it took that long i dont know. My partner is clearly in distress. He's laying on the the chairs with a vomit bag waiting to be seen, and the receptionist is taking her sweet time. After she finally gets us checked in, she refuses to let us in unless we pay in advance. We asked if she could bill it to us (because we shouldn't have a copay to begin with. We're on SoonerCare). When we checked in, the urgent care had maybe 3 people. They skipped over us multiple times allowing people who had just arrived go first. Then after getting to a room we sat in there for another hour after they told us the tests would only take 15 minutes. While the staff sat outside laughing having a grand time we sat there concerned they had no idea we were even still there. The place is very nice but I’m unsure how they even get service because that was ridiculous.

Came for a flu shot. It smelled and was very clean inside. The front desk staff was nice. Our nurse was AMAZING with my two year old and he didn’t even cry during his shot.
