Family First Urgent Care

We were late (as usual) with updating her sports physical and it was so easy to schedule for the next day on a Sunday.  The office staff were great (even going above and beyond to notify us that my daughter walked out leaving her glasses and wallet behind) Phil Davidson was very professional and had a great bedside manner. I would definitely use this office again in the future.

The male scheduling staff was extremely patient and helpful. He went out of his way to set up a same day (within 2 hours of my call) appointment. He also assisted with health insurance issue during my visit. The patient care person was kind. The PA who evaluated my health concern was incredibly courteous, patient and willing to listen and engage in discussion. Wish this practice could be my primary care provider! Highly recommend this urgent care facility!!!

Awesome experience! Very knowledgeable and attentive staff, clean organized waiting room with a tv to boot. Great communication throughout my visit an the additional ability to take X-rays on site. They take both appointments and walk ins an my prescription was called in to my local drugstore before I left! This place sets the bar for emergent care in the Toms River area.

By far the best experience I’ve had at an Urgent Care. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The clinician took time to hear my concerns and had a friendly demeanor. Prescribed medicine for my illness and sent straight to the pharmacy. Feeling much better by the evening. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend.

Everyone is amazing, all the providers! Phil, Emily are so amazing, as is everyone else! 5 stars and beyond!!! It is like family . Amazing treatment and I feel so comfortable to be there !
