Family First Urgent Care

I am a traveling person so I have to frequent urgent care facilities when I need care. This is by far, hands down, the best urgent care facility I have been to. Heck it is way better than my PCP. The front staff was friendly and explained the insurance in detail. Once in a room the wait the wait time was minimal. The healthcare providers that so me were thorough and explained what they found. Several days after being seen I had some follow-up questions which went amazingly well. I gave the front staff my birthday and after a very small wait the healthcare provider was on the line. He had obviously reviewed my chart and was again outstanding. Today’s healthcare can be a challenge but not st this place. Just absolutely amazing!

We went to the Conroe location when our son had a high fever on a Sunday and the team was incredible. Connie Bowlin treated us with so much kindness and really listened to our concerns. We were grateful for the weekend hours because the other clinics were closed. It is a relief to have a place that treats patients like family. We will definitely return here for any future medical needs.

I am around 6:30 pm. Absolutely no one in here which was great lol. The lady who checked me in was mega nice. I should have gotten her name I’m sorry. Got checked in really fast. Got seen really fast. Michael was my N.P. Very very nice. Lady who took my vitals was great as well. I’m glad my friend told me about this place. I will most definitely be coming back any time I need to. They accept blue cross blue shield.

Our daughter needed a few stitches after a fall at the playground. We looked for a pediatric urgent care near me and chose this one. The nurse who helped us was wonderful. She kept our daughter distracted and calm the entire time.

Our daughter broke out in a weird rash and we were concerned. We went to the urgent care clinic near me for answers. The doctor knew exactly what it was and assured us it was not serious. We appreciated the peace of mind they gave us.
