Ignore the reviews. Most of them are just people complaining about not getting the appointment scheduled exactly when they wanted it. This practice absolutely cares for its patients and will do whatever it can to make sure they are treated. Yes, the staff is stretched thin (because everyone wants THIS practice), so of course most patients won't get scheduled for the date they wanted. That doesn't make the office staff "rude" or the doctors apathetic to the patient's conditions. In short, this practice is in demand. They are in demand because they are excellent at treating their patients. So of course any logical human being can deduce that an in-demand practice will obviously have an overwhelming schedule and will not be able to fulfill every patient's request at getting an appointment at

I have horrible poison ivy that is on almost my entire forearm. It is solid red, hard, and looks infected. I called today and was told there is an appointment tomorrow at 4:30 but they can't schedule me for that appointment because it is a same day appointment and reserved for sick people who call same day. I was advised to call first thing tomorrow to see if the appointment is still available. Seems ridiculous but okay? Another person at the practice just called and said the Dr said I can put cortisone cream on my arm. When I told her about the 4:30 appointment tomorrow, she said that appointment has been taken. This needed an updated review. Doctors here are great. If you make an appointment, they get to you within a 15 minute window of that. The best part is you aren't left waiting on the table long after the nurses check weight and blood pressure. The office staff can be a bit unaaccommodating at times, but it's really just due to how busy the place can be. The building also has a strange layout for checking in and checking out. Other than that, if you become a patient here you will find they take great care of you and your loved ones.

I can't begin to express my disappointment with my medical provider. I feel like it has really changed in the past 2 years. It is really upsetting when you call and need to see a doctor and are told there are no available apointments for the next few days. This has happened to me several times and I have had to go to an Urgent Care. The most recent time it happened it was this previous Thursday and I was told there were no available apointments until Monday. (4 days later) I needed to see a doctor now, not a few days later! I had to go to Urgent Care yet again to get medication for Strep throat. Someone stated in a previous review that people are picky and complain about an apointment time given to them. I wasn't given any apointment time. Nor any of the other times I had to go somewhere

Ever since LGH took over this practice has been horrible. Every time one of my kids are sick & need to be seen, they never have any appointments available until a couple of days later. I always end up having to take them to Urgent Care and spend twice as much.
