Family First Health Hanover Center - Dental

Worst scheduling process on the planet. I’ve dealt with dentists in 5 different states and I’ve never had the issues that I have here. Unfortunately they’re the only place that takes my crappy insurance so I’m stuck with them. Oh and the one filling they claimed I needed (I’ve never had a cavity - I see them once and suddenly I do?) has never felt the same and took an hour and a half to fill. I dread going to the dentist now (when I can actually get an appointment - I have a better chance at winning the lottery), when I never had issues with dentists before.

Do NOT go here, they’re extremely rude. I had a dentist tell me I have 12 cavities when I don’t. They’re just trying to pull money out of people with insurance.

They took great care of my son. He had multiple cavities they had to fix. It is hard to get an appointment at first.

I was literally on hold before 8 am, number 6 in the queue and when they get to me at 8:08 i'm told all the appointments are gone for the day. There are so few appointments per day that you have to call at just the right time. If you call and they get to you before 8 am, they won't schedule you. So you have to call around 753 and hope they don't get to you before 8. Because if you wait until 756 like I did, you won't get an appointment. I'd recommend getting a friend or relative's phone and calling on one at 752 and the other at 754.

Went in this morning for a dental emergency filling. They filled the wrong tooth. They filled the tooth that had a tiny chip (i didn't even notice). When I looked in the mirror at the office, they didn't even do the tooth that you could clearly see was chipped. Doctors said they don't have time and since they already filled a tooth, I have to reschedule. That was the whole point of the emergency visit was to have that tooth fixed. Spoke to a supervisor supervisor said that I told the doctor I pointed to that tooth, but I clearly did not. She also told me I had to come back and reschedule when the whole time.I'm sitting here doing this, they could have just fixed it and been done.
