Family Fare Pharmacy

I gave this location 5 star reviews before, but i don't think i will be giving this pharmacy anymore business anytime soon. I called a little while ago and spoke to a lady at the pharmacy counter to see if she had any syringes with needles in stock. I informed her that my wife takes a prescription that requires it (not going to name that here due to it not being anyones business) and the company that sends us this prescription didn't send enough syringes with needles. We are short 1 for her final dose of the month. I dont need your rude and incompetent pharmacy tech telling me to contact this company when i already have, and have been told just to simply go buy one at a pharmacy rather than needing to re-order/deal with customer service. My grandfather had a medication order sent over a week ago. When we went to pick it up we were informed that the pharmacy could not fill the order because it was out of stock or back ordered. Now It's the holiday weekend and he has to be in pain. You couldn't pick up the phone and at least tell him you could not fill it? Lazy.
