Family Fare Pharmacy

I have been with this pharmacy for 12 years plus and they were out of my medication so I called around to find a pharmacy that had it, I had found one but had to call them to have them take it out of their system so I could get it filled. After being told it was taken out and not living in town and having to find a ride I get there to pick up my script of the one they did have and asked if they had taken it out of the system just to make sure even after being told they did, they actually had not, I now after waiting all day am not happy so I stated I am done with this pharmacy, you can't tell someone something is done when it comes to their meds when it is not, and he responds to me we are done with you too. Completely unprofessional. Luckily Walgreens pharmacy was very helpful and filled

Normally, this pharmacy and the people who work there are excellent/very polite. Orders are filled quick and wait time is never too long and or a hassle if you call it in ahead of time. However, there are a few employees that are INSISTENT on being rude or just generally pitching an attitude no matter what time of day you go to pick up. If you can get over the occasional rudeness/poor service from time to time, this pharmacy is otherwise okay.

For 13 years I was at a pharmacy in downtown. Cheboygan but, in the last year They have gotten very lax with their orders. When I get a prescription and then it's sent into them. Sometimes I have to wait 4 days before. I get the prescription and I'm out of pills by then, same pills for 13 years.. This has happened more than once so, I thought I would try family fair. I was pleasantly surprised they were quick and pleasant. They called me when prescriptions were ready. I could ask for no more. They have pills on hand, the other pharmacy Always said, we have to order those. . For 13 years this happened frequently. family fair has them on hand on the shelf. I'm not going back. This is a good pharmacy. It's small but very friendly. Thank you guys.

There is 1 lady that works here who constantly is mean & ignorant to me & always treats me like an addict. But I'm not about to let 1 persons bad attitude towards me get the better of me. All the other staff are extremely nice and friendly. They go above & beyond whenever I have questions or concerns. I have only encountered 1 time where my meds were not available due to none in stock. But they worked with me to get hold of my doctor to call in something similar that was in stock. I definitely recommend Family Fare Pharmacy.

After receiving several text messages about a script to pick up and calling to see what it was. Go to pick it up and they don't have it.... seems a bit ridiculous especially for something I didn't call in to have refilled. Very discouraging won't be using this service anymore
