I’ve returned to this practice because the quality of care here is something I haven’t been able to match anywhere else. If you come here, you can expect a truly thorough exam. The doctor takes his time and carefully looks at every component of your eye health, which is something I really appreciate. What also stands out is the technology they use. They offer specialized imaging of the eyes that I haven’t seen at many other places. Usually other offices just do the basic tests, but here they provide detailed imaging that gives a much more comprehensive look at your eye health. This was my first and last visit to your office. I received a text that my contact lenses were ready and could be placed in the drop box. I agreed since I was at work, but I couldn’t come immediately after a 12-hour shift I didn’t expect to work. I was DRAINED so I chose to come on my off day. When I finally came in to check where my lenses were and they were gone, and Ms. Diana had the audacity to act rude and blame me, saying if I had informed you I couldn’t come, the lenses would have been removed. Let me be clear: it is not my responsibility if your store fails to secure my order. Someone stole my property, yet your staff acted as if I was at fault. Absolutely unacceptable. Where is the apology? Where is accountability? Your behavior is appalling. I will never return, and if I don’t

I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received from my eye doctor. very patient, thorough, and caring. The staff is friendly and the visit was smooth. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Family Eyecare of Roswell for years to get our glasses. They have a decent selection of frames that range from affordable to extravagant (which is great if you need to spend your FSA at the end of the year). Philisha has been our optician for the last couple years and has been our go-to. Her sense of style, her keen eye on fittings, and her energy draw us to her every time. The entire staff are great, but Philisha is our favorite. :)
