Family Eye Group

Actually it was my family member as the patient. I waited in the waiting area while the exam took place. The entire process was comfortable and the prescription for glasses was able to be filled there. Service is professional and competent. I felt it was a bit pricey though. The actual glasses are nice.

This is a very professional and excellent eye group in Lancaster. I am always impressed with the courtesy of all the employees and Dr Nguyen is awesome. She takes her time on your exam and answers all your questions.

The technician and doctor seemed quite competent and professional. I came in expecting to get a new eyeglass prescription but ended up being told I needed cataract operations so had questions. I was concerned and wanted clarification. I felt like my questions were bothersome to them. All their procedures and operations are routine to them but not to patients. Perhaps they should keep that in mind. But!! I am going back and proceeding with recommendations so we'll see later if my opinion is a little bit too harsh.

Dr. Nyguen, is really nice and she takes her time explaining the health of your eyes as well as your overall health and how it all ties in together. She cares for her patients and she doesn't rush. The front office and back office staff are really nice. I recommend Family Eye Group!
