The staff is always very accommodating. I called in the early morning and was able to get in right after lunch. I even received a call that there was a cancellation and could come earlier than originally scheduled. Everything is always very organized and yet comfortable. The doctors are wonderful---they explain what they are doing and why and take the time to talk to you without being in a big hurry. That, of course, is due to a good scheduling plan, which allows the patient to feel important and informed. I would recommend this eye care facility to everyone!!!!!!

Dr.Kirby has ALWAYS been caring friendly helpful and explains my appointment questions thoroughly! He also greets you with a beautiful smile Never have had a long wait time either The office staff is super friendly & we always feel comfortable here

My daughter's frames broke and were under warranty. I called to see if frames were in (it had been a week) and was told it would take 2 weeks and then she said they had called (they hadn't) and they were in. My daughter didn't get off until 5 and asked if they could wait and they told her if you can be here by 5 and hung up on her. When she got there, someone was waiting at the door and said give me your frame and was rude and treated her like it was an inconvenience that they had to wait. She was done within 10-15 minutes, but we won't be going back.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get sons glasses repaired or fixed. We bought them there. Will be er return. Rude, unwilling to help in anyway. Glasses under warranty..so what we aren't helping , will never return or recommend
