Friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and encouraging docs and staff at a quiet, convenient location - finally! I love the little touches around the office to cultivate a relaxing environment. The minimalist design and neutral colors of the new decor have a calming effect. The fresh iced lemon water was just what I needed to exhale and take my mind off the stressful reason I was at the doctor in the first place! It was quiet, and there was plenty of seating in the waiting area - even when it got a little busy. The location is easy to find - on the second floor of a tall office building on Causeway near 14th Street. There's plenty of parking and several elevators. I saw Dr. Charbonnet, and she was awesome! I have been going to Dr. Gerdes for years and absolutely love her. She is very caring, thorough, takes her time with me and explains things well. Both she and her staff are always extremely personable, as well as professional. I never have to wait to be seen, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Gerdes.

Dr. Charbonnet is great! Brought my husband who has dementia and the consideration for him was so heart warming. She took care of his problem and mine. The staff is very friendly and atmosphere welcoming.
