Do not book this office if you value your time or expect them to value and respect your time. I am so disappointed in this office. I make an appointment 6 months in advance and confirm the appointment not only by text but also by leaving a message. I take off of work and show up where they tell me I didn’t confirm so they gave my appointment to someone else. I show them the confirmation text I sent a week prior and they say sorry we have to reschedule. Zero respect for my time! Do not use this office if you value your time. This business is a joke! I would give a zero if I could!

Been going here for 8 years. Across multiple doctors. Dr. Tran was the best. Recently had a cleaning and exam appointment for the Monday the 13th. They called the friday before to reschedule because they didn’t have a hygienist available. (Ok) Went to the rescheduled appointment today the 22nd and they refused to see me without a release from my doctor. I’m a transplant patient, and never needed a “release” since transplant. My most recent cleaning and exam was six months ago, with no “release”. I drove in and sat in their waiting room today only be told they won’t keep their appointment without paperwork I’ve never needed before. Paperwork they could have asked for a month ago when the previous appointment was scheduled. I hate my time being wasted by incompetence.

I moved here a few years ago and had to find a new dentist. I was apprehensive about going to a new office due to my multiple health issues. I quickly realized that I had picked the right dentist and staff. They are not only professional but compassionate and understanding. I appreciate them more than words can say!

Very satisfied. My previous dentist said I needed a crown. 700$ my part. Dr B said I just needed a filling He did that no pain 47.50 my part. I was happy. See you all in June.
