Dr Zolghadr has been my dentist for many years, and I recommend her highly. She has always been very responsive to my needs and concerns. Overall an excellent dentist.

Do not got here. They don’t listen to your needs, aren’t proactive in your treatment, and are too eager to take your money without explaining any of the steps or fees. I had to call them to schedule appointments after my trays and retainers arrived. They said they would call me when they received the shipments, this caused me to wait months to get started with my treatment, and I had to stay in my trays for an extra month, all due to their carelessness and incompetence. Never mind this was after I had shelled over thousands of dollars. They were going to sit on my trays after making me pay $2K in fees, and never schedule me for treatment. Borderline fraud. They weren’t up front about the costs. Every time I went there were more unexplained charges and fees I hadn’t been warned about. I

My review is "zero" stars. Was my first time seeing this particular dentist. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:50 and the office was closed. This should have been a glaring red flag for me when I arrived at the office before the staff. Instead of prepping the patients, the staff are now running around frantically trying to get the office up and running for the day. The doctor, the hygienist and the receptionist arrived from 9:05 - 9:10. By this time another patient is also waiting with me, OUTSIDE on the stoop. We get in, I fill out all the paper work in the waiting area. Am called back to sit in the chair at QUARTER TO TEN. Once in the chair, a clipboard with MORE paperwork is shoved at me and the hygienist is frantically asking me about x-rays from my previous dentist. The
