Family Dentistry

This is one of the worst dentist I've ever been to. I literally walked out after the dentist talked to me in the most unprofessional manner, and the staff was a joke as well. The receptionist had like 2 or 3 little kids crawling around the back office as she tried to reschedule me for another appointment. They got my top dentors in but have refused to give them to me for almost a yr because I won't let them pull my bottom teeth after letting them pull my top teeth. When they pulled my top teeth I had two black eyes, my face was so swollen I couldn't breathe out of my nose for all most a week, my face was so discolored and swollen people couldn't even tell that it was me. The dental office was okay when I first started going here. However, always unprofessional. This last time I was very dissatisfied. To make a long story short, the dentist was upset because I had went to another practice. Which I don’t even feel like I needed to explain to the staff or the dentist. I felt very uncomfortable having to explain that I had 2 little children and worked full time so I may not be able to make it every 6mos. The reason for me trying out a different office was because the first time I got a filling done, it came out a couple weeks later. The 2nd time I walked out because I had been waiting for over an hr to be seen. Nevertheless, after my original dental office explained they couldn’t get me in until August, against my better judgment, I decided to go back here. I

Hands down best dental care I've ever had. Dr and staff are extremely patient and empathetic. Great experience every time.

Extremely disrespectful dentist and staff. No customer service kindness or etiquette. Tried to accuse me of suing their business if one of my kids got hurt in the waiting room running around. Talked to and treated me like a child in front of children. I would never come back here. Everyone up there is rude and disrespectful.

Extremely rude staff, couldn't even make an appointment. The girl answered with an attitude and after hearing her talk I wouldn't even want to come have my teeth worked on. Sad and pathetic people like that are allowed to work with the public!!!
