I’ve been coming to Dr. Bashar Betros for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I’ve found here in Connecticut. From the very beginning, he has made every visit comfortable and stress-free. I’ll be the first to admit that my flossing hasn’t always been the best, but Dr. Betros has never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Instead, he takes the time to educate me on the importance of flossing and shows me how to properly floss and brush. He is always patient, supportive, and answers any concerns I have with kindness and understanding. The receptionist is also incredibly welcoming, which truly makes going to the dentist feel much less nerve-wracking. Took my mother who has Alzheimer’s disease to the Family Dental of Southington whom recommended that she have 5 teeth pulled and a an upper denture put it. We were initially told one price per the receptionist of $566 it was supposed to cover the first alignment which would typically be done a few months later and also the balance of the extractions that insurance didn’t cover. My mom took out care credit we put the $566 on it thinking this was covering her new denture and one alignment. However the day we came in for the appointment to remove the teeth and get the denture we were told by the dentist that we owed an additional $341 so we paid it because at this point this needed to be done and my mother was getting irritated with changing anything so I just went along with it even

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Betros dental office. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Betros was thorough in explaining my treatment options and made sure I understood every step of the process. The office is clean and equipped with the great technology, which made my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Betros to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
