My main issue is that I called 3 times before the appointment to make sure everything was good with the insurance. They told me there was no problem and that if there was a problem they would 100% contact me, but they don’t contact if nothing is wrong. They never contacted me and coming out to fill out paperwork to then be told you can’t is really inconvenient. Just in case other people can’t come out, make sure they check with you on hold or something to reassure an accurate answer.

I been coming here for 5 years I love the staff. Very professional and polite. The receptionist Lupe is amazing she makes my appointments that fit my schedule. Dr. Rene is always doing a great job very skilled. I definitely recommend this place. -Lizeth

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff were professional, respected my time, and Dr. Rene is really cool! My appointment was on schedule, and they kept me informed throughout.Everything was handled smoothly, and I felt well cared for. I took my child to this dentist for the first time because our insurance changed, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. Our appointment was at 12 pm, but we weren't seen until 1:15 pm. Then, it took them another hour to actually see my child, which only lasted about three minutes for some quick check up and some X-rays. The dentist didn't do anything else, not even a basic cleaning. He actually didn't even talked to me at all and my child is a minor. I found out my child have some cavities because she told not because the dentist advised to me. It felt like they just wanted to get out of there. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and won’t be coming back. Needless to say I don't even know th
