I had my 1st visit at this office on Friday and I’m impressed so far! Although Melissa, is rude over the phone. Daisy, at the front counter was friendly and super sweet! Duchelle was the assistant who did my X-rays… I’m 47 and have been at many dental offices I have NEVER been cared for like Duchelle. She explained everything. She was gentle. The X-rays are always uncomfortable but for the 1st time they did not hurt*! She loves what she does and it shows. Then Dr. Mingel gave me the findings run down and plan of action. I never like the dentist 😖 I guess most don’t BUT I feel more positive and willing because of the staff and overall experience. This is based on 1 visit so hopefully it’s the real deal! I’m feeling really optimistic!

After 2 years of chemo treatment I'm in need of a new dentist, I'm still in treatment with AI's to avoid recurrence and this medication affects my bones and teeth. Dr. Blackmore listened to my concerns she is very compassionate, great communication, after X rays and dental exam I'm glad I only need to replace some fillings. I had a great experience with my dental hygienist TARA, she used the lowest setting to clean my teeth, I didn't feel any discomfort, great bedside manners, compassionate, empathetic, respectful. This was very important to me because the AI medication I'm taking affects my mind, I get confused very easily, forget everything, but she made me feel comfortable at all times. I already recommended her to my husband.

I’m so impressed with Dr. Blackmore and the entire team! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be making this our primary dental office moving forward. Highly recommend!

Family Dental has the best customer service! The front office team is caring, supportive, bilingual, and they truly care about the work they do! The doctors are amazing and I love my dental hygienist. This place feels like home!

Incredibly positive experience. Dr. Mingel helped me with an emergency situation. He explained everything and provided a solution to my problem. Reception and support staff also wonderful and kind. Couldn't recommend Dr Mingel and Family Dental Associates more highly.
