Feeling incredibly thankful for my daughter’s recommendation to change my dental practice to Family Dental! It was an amazing experience that I did not expect since I loved my dentist prior. Moved from Broward county 10 years ago and only kept my dentist there (changed everything else to Ft. Myers) and could not bear to change dental, but the drive across the alley 3 times a year became daunting! Dr. Teder and her staff were welcoming and provided an A+ experience! Dr. Teder has always been thorough to assess my concerns with sensitivity. She takes the time to show her observations and discuss options to make the best decision moving forward. Her communication on what to expect during procedures is exceptional so there are no surprises. Highly recommend!

Had a crown done here, and less than a year after it was done, I had sensitivity because there was a gap underneath the crown. Confirmed by another dentist. They told me to go back and have it fixed but I won't be going here anymore after several experiences. I now have to have this tooth replaced entirely. Another time I sat in the chair after I was numbed up, waiting so long I fell asleep, while the dentist was working on another patient. I mentioned to them how this was a issue to me, got gaslighted and they told me that they weren't working on anyone else, even though I could definitely hear her talking and drilling into someone's mouth across the hall. I also have a friend who had some root canal work done here, and they had gaps that caused issues too.

I can’t recommend Dr. Teder and staff enough. As someone who struggles with a lot of dental anxiety, I used to dread appointments, but this team completely changed that for me. They are consistently kind, friendly and supportive - always going the extra mile to put me at ease. If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go.
