I am newer to the area and looking for a dentist in Summerville. When I walked in the door there were 3 employees sitting around on their phones just chatting away. I seemed to be interrupting conversation, as I stood there for a good 2 minutes before being acknowledged by the lady sitting at the computer. She was very rude and short with me while requesting an appt to get my teeth cleaned. She told me, “we’re not taking new patients”. I had called the day before and they were absolutely taking new patients so I was very confused. After mentioning this to her she then informed me that they don’t take my insurance. This was also confirmed on the phone the day before. During this time the other two women were looking at me like I should be embarrassed for even walking in the door. I po
