Family Dental Care

I just moved here from Miami and I am so happy that I was able to find such an amazing dental office! Their attention to detail and customer service is superb to any dental office I have been to in the past. Huge thank you to Janine the office manager for giving me a warm welcome and easing the transition from my prior dentist states away. The front desk John and Brandi were also very nice and helpful when it came to checking in, insurance verification, and explaining treatment. The dental assistants were amazing and very gentle when taking x-rays. My hygienist Carmen is the best and lastly, Dr.Beck was 10/10! Extremely knowledgeable and also very nice. I can say I have found my forever dentist!

Having been married to a dental hygienist for 15 years, when we divorced it took me many years to find a dentist and hygienist with whom I could feel comfortable. Dr Beck and his entire staff have proven over the last decade that they are everything I could ask for… a friendly professional group up front, and wonderful, caring hygienists and support staff. I had my first visit at Family Dental in Glen Ellyn for X-rays and a cleaning, and I’m so happy I found my go-to dental office! The office and treatment room were super clean, everyone was on time, and the team was really friendly. Maggie was my hygienist and made the cleaning really comfortable! I also had an old filling that Dr. Beck was able to take care of painlessly during the same visit, which was awesome. After my appointment, Janine even checked in to see how my first visit went, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Family Dental!

I cannot recommended Family Dental Care of Glen Ellyn enough. They are so personable, and really take care of you. I have been going here for years and Maggie (dental hygienist) remembers you like you were there last week, when it has been 6 months. They treat you like family and it is so appreciated!

I love Dr. Jansky and the other assistants and hygienists. However, the incompetence of the front desk staff resulted in my being charged almost $800 for a service that I asked 2x if it would be covered. The first time was when I scheduled the visit and asked them to verify that the service would be covered. They did not, until I arrived for my appt and asked again and said I didn't want the treatment if it wasn't covered. While in the chair, the staff came and told me the services would be covered. At my next visit, they told me I had a balance due and told me insurance denied because of the time period. The staff failed to notice that my scheduled appointment was just 8 days short of the coverage policy of 1x every 2 years for this service. When I called to ask them to take responsibi
