I’ve been coming here for years and truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. Chan is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and always makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time and makes it known that you aren’t just another number; she truly cares about her patients! Best dentist I’ve had, and I’ll continue to recommend her.

Dr. Chan has been my dentist for the past 15 years. The care she provides has been consistently top quality. Denise who works the desk is also very communicative and is accommodating to my busy schedule. Even after moving out of my hometown into the city, it’s hard to find another comparable establishment that delivers the same quality as the team at Family and Dentistry of North Andover. It’s worth the commute!

Dr. Mandy as I know her has been my dentist for my whole life and shall remain so as long as I am in the area. Her and her staff are fantastic friendly and patient. I always hate other peoples hands in my mouth and they’ve been patient with me being difficult. Denise at the front desk deals with me always missing her calls and rescheduling due to my hectic work life. Hillary the hygienist I usually see is wonderful and knows how to take a quick x ray. 10/10 grateful to have a good dentist.

Dr Chan and her staff are always so welcoming and considerate. My teeth always look and feel wonderful after my visits. I once needed a filling revised and I was seen quickly and felt like a priority. My family has been going here for 10 years and we love the practice!

I became a patient here recently and am very pleased with my experience. Cleaning was great. The hygienist made me feel comfortable. Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the work I needed. I had a couple of fillings done that were quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this office!
