I have been going to Dr. James for over a decade. Honestly almost fell off my chair when I saw any bad reviews and maybe because there are more bad than good review leavers and wish I did this sooner! This dentist has saved me through many emergencies, genuinely cares about your dental health, answers questions, and does excellent and professional work. He has quite literally saved my life many times! And Anna the assistant is wonderful and makes me feel comfortable each visit. I recommend this office to all my family and friends and highly recommend to anyone in need of dental care!

Update 3/22/24: Today when I called to confirm the time of my appointment I was told that they were not participating with my insurance. Why was I not informed weeks or days prior to this appointment? I have been waiting for this appointment for months. He was unapologetic about it and offered no options. I told him it's bad business to do it this way and will not be keeping this appointment or any future exams. prior post: Dr James is professional and friendly, fast and efficient, explained procedures and gentle. Office is well kept and clean. Would highly recommend to others.

Never leave reviews but this I had to share. Made an appointment and disclosed my insurance over the phone. Everything was set until the day of. I show up and the same man I made the appointment with tells me they don’t accept my insurance. Why wasn’t I told over the phone? Or atleast called before my appointment to let me know not to waste my time coming! You wait till I show up to tell me? So unprofessional! A waste of time all together. And he was rude. Do not go here anyone looking for a good dentist !

Very bad experience here. Heard screaming from a 12 year old girl when she was in the chair. Then it was my turn and my friend in the waiting room heard me screaming from the chair. Then the tooth he worked on was hurting me and I called him, he would not take me. Went to a new dentist and was told I had an infection in the tooth he worked on. Very rude, does not even talk to you and very unprofessional. You should not hear people screaming from the dentist's chair. I never did. DO NOT GO HERE!

No Stars if there was. Dentist was very rude. When asked a second question for clarification. He stated how many times do I have to repeat myself. X2. Instead of calling you by your name or Last name. He called me "patient". Absolutely I will never go to him again I am a health care professional and patients should be called by there name or last name. If theres any question the patient has no matter how many times you reassure them. NOT saying how many times you have to ask the question again. Poor experience w this dentist !!!!
