Their billing processes need to be brought into the 21st century, and their statements should reflect the amount the insurance company paid vs. what the patient owes. I also find their prices significantly higher than OmniCare and other providers.
This pharmacy has been calling me and sending me bills for months now. I do NOT have an account there and we have told them that and even been hung up on and completely ignored. We don’t even live in the area.
This is NOT a consumer oriented retail pharmacy ! ! ! ! It is a CLOSED DOOR/INSTITUTIONAL ONLY Pharmaceutical Supply Company. NOT OPEN to the public ! ! ! !
