Let me start by saying the medical staff is amazing however the person that sits in the front brought my 5 stars to 3 stars. I was supposed to get antiseptic mouthwash. My dentist instructed me on how to use it and it's importance. RX was not prescribed when I picked up my prescriptions. I called and was told they are short staffed, I can call and get the fax number for her, it would be an hour on the phone if the pharmacy was called to which she doesn't have time, and that I could come get it. What!!!! I was furious and said this is not my fault and to call me when the mouthwash is called in to the pharmacy. Aftera few hours I called back and another person answered the call and handled it not sure why the previous lady made it like I was pulling teeth, no pun intended.

Harassed me for x-rays during multiple visits after stating no several times on each occasion. Finally got tired of it after the third visit and realized it was ongoing and went elsewhere. I had been going here for years and was previously very happy here until x-rays were pushed at every visit. The hygienist and Keechun Hong both persisted even after I said no multiple times, a clear violation of patient rights.

I have been going to this practice for 10 years; the staff has always been nice and welcoming, however this changed on  March 8, 2017, when I went in to get a fill-in. I was told I was to see Dr.Keechun Hong for the procedure and got a surprise when I found out that it was Dr. Alice Jihyun, who thought I was to have all four teeth pulled.  After that mishap was corrected and the procedure was complete. Upon checkout the receptionist took at least 5min to get the correct amount that I was to pay. She wanted to charge me for a balance that been previously paid. Needless to say, after the anesthesia worn off, I discovered that my tooth had been cracked.  The next morning I called to let them know that during the procedure my tooth was cracked. I’m a patient that has been going to this office for over 20 years and visit then 4 times a year. They are the the best and never have I had a bad experience .

Denise witch she claim to be the office manager was unprofessional answering me and told me that they will not longer would be scheduling me and my two kids together when since I started to come here I had always scheduled my kids at the same time I go, and for that reason we stayed here and also referred my friends here too, but she was rude telling me that she will make sure that would never happened again I just can’t believe this type of treatment, why change now when I had being going here so long and I just now she is telling me this, so disappointed I am...
