Wait times are sometimes insane but other than that, I love bringing my kids to Dr. Ross. All 4 of mine and my sister's son sees her and she's amazing. The receptionists are so sweet as well. We love this doctor's office and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just not a great place to bring a newborn child, the dropped my child’s head when trying to weigh him. They were never friendly to us as they were to the other people using the clinic.. they always told them now we are moving to this other location yet never once mentioned it to us.. I wouldn’t bring my kid here unless it was a last option. The doctors are okay, I just didn’t like anyone else as a new father. They also want you to wear masks which would be understandable if the staff wore them theirselves. Do not ask people to wear a mask when you aren’t wearing one.

Today my husband and son showed up on time for an 8:30 am appointment. They were taken to an exam room to wait, where they were left for an hour. There was no communication as to why they had to wait for an hour until my husband had to leave because of other obligations. When I called to get an answer for this issue the lady on the phone told me "the provider said they were running a little behind". A little behind does not mean running an hour behind, it does not mean you leave the patient in the room with ZERO communication. This is one of many issues my entire family has had with UK, I would not recommend their facilities to anyone for any reason.

This place is amazing. I take all 4 of my kids there and they do so well with all of them. I have 2 special needs children that get excellent care there. Also where it is UK, my kids can see all their specialists and their information is in the system when we arrive so less paperwork and the doctors already know what is going on. Every doctor I have seen has been thorough and excellent.

This place is amazing. They saved my child's life. I had went to many other Dr's and they missed the diagnosis for my child, but the team at UK FCC was able to determine the correct diagnosis and got me in to a specialist we needed. I believe that without the UK FCC my child would not be with us. Thank you UK FCC
