Family Allergy & Asthma - Rolla, MO

I am extremely upset and disappointed with Family Allergy and Asthma in Rolla. I had an appointment in Spring of 2025 and after insurance I was only supposed to pay my co-pay. In December of 2025 I received a bill from them for over $1000. When I called to inquire about the bill they said my insurance did not pay. When they verified my insurance information they realized they made a mistake and sent the claim to the wrong address for the insurance company. So the insurance company never got the claim. They said they would resubmit the claim, but since it was outside of the window the insurance would accept, the insurance would not pay. And instead of calling me back, Family Allergy and Asthma sent my account to collections. They have taken no responsibility for their mistake.

Allergy testing was excellent. The allergy shots are making a tremendous difference. My symptoms are greatly reduced and I am still ramping up my doses. Staff is friendly and wait times to get my shots are short.

The staff at the clinic are fantastic! The phone reminder system is rediculous. Two reminder calls would suffice -- not six, seven??

Dr. Tripathy and her staff have been very helpful in helping me to keep the location of my shots close to my home. I feel very comfortable with all of them when I go to the Rolla office. My husband likes to come with me because of the great Mexican restaurant next door 😁.
